“Over the past fourteen years, we have had water problems in our full finished basement on no less than five occasions. “Just a note to tell you that the system you provided me really works! “We had a ruptured water line about 2 feet from our house. I had the hardest time figuring out why my back yard was so moist for days. It wasn’t until the water company left me a note on my door indicating that I must have a leak because the meter had been running full blast for about 2-3 weeks. When I surmised where the leak was, I dug down about 2 feet and found the water line into the house gushing. It was pointed straight at the foundation wall, and yet there had been no moisture in the basement. The moisture in my back yard was from the underground piping system you guys had run to exit the water away from the house. I think that shows how effective your system is.
